AVAILABILITY AND PRICES
Every effort is made to ensure that an item’s availability is accurately reflected on the website.  However, occasionally this may not be 100% correct and an ordered item may be unavailable or out of stock.  In these instances, we will endeavour to source the item for you and you will be notified as soon as it becomes available.

  • Prices shown are in AUD and are exclusive of GST.  If you are ordering from outside Australia, there may be taxes or customs duties levied on your order according to that country’s tax structure.  For all orders shipped outside of Australia, GST will be not be charged.

    To assist in choosing the correct size, we have provided a size chart with the main international sizes aligned. 

    The additional sizing information that accompanies each product will also help you select the best size and fit.

    HOW TO MEASURE
    For best results, take measurements over your underwear.  To ensure these measurements are as accurate as possible, we recommend that the measuring tape is held firm and level, but not too tight.

     

     

    Shoulder
    Measure from shoulder tip to shoulder tip (the widest point)

     

    Bust
    Measure under your arms around the fullest part of your bust.

    Natural Waist
    Measure around your natural waistline, above your navel and below your ribcage.

    Hip
    Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your body at the top of your legs.

     

    Inseam
    Best taken from a great fitting pair of pants you like the length of on you, taking into consideration the height of the shoes you’ll be wearing.  Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.

    ORDER CONFIRMATION AND FULFILMENT
    Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.

     

    Once your order has been submitted we will send an email with an order reference number confirming details of the order and to acknowledge receipt of your order.  You will receive an email with the tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  • Priority allocation of these items will be given to customers who have  paid in advance for their pre order
  • Pre orders will be shipped immediately once they are in stock

      WHAT IS CVN/CID/CVC?
      CVN stands for Card Verification Number and is a security measure to reduce fraud and increase credit card security.  It is also referred to as a CID (Card Identification Number) or CVC (Card Verification Code).  This is a 3 or 4 digit code that appears on either the back, above the signature strip, or the front, above the embossed number on your credit card.

      SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
      We do not ship to:

       

      • Post Office Boxes
      • APO/FPO addresses
      • Hotels or businesses that offer mailbox rental services, freight forwarding services or cargo services

       

      All deliveries must be accepted in person and signed for.  Please provide an address where someone will be available during business hours.

      TAXES & DUTIES
      For sales within Australia, Goods and Services Tax (GST) are payable. 

      For sales outside of Australia, your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.  We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes, and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.  If you do incur these additional charges, they must be paid in order for your package to clear customs.  For further information regarding your country's policies, please contact your local customs office.

      INSURANCE
      We insure each item from the time of pick-up to the time of delivery.  A signature is required at delivery, at which point the responsibility for the item is transferred to you.

      RETURN & EXCHANGE
      Your satisfaction is our top priority so, please take the time to familiarise yourself with our Return & Exchange Policy.

      * All returns & exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery
      * All items must be in new and unused condition with all packaging (includes authenticity cards, tags, dust bags, boxes, etc)
      * All sale items are final.   Returns or exchanges are not possible
      * Subject to availability, exchanges may be made for the same item in a different size.  Exchanges for a completely different item are not permitted
      * All items are checked thoroughly before despatch.  Please notify us immediately should items be faulty or received without their tags if you wish to return or exchange the item.  All items subject to normal wear and tear are not accepted as faulty
      * All shipping & handlling costs to return the item are incurred by the customer
      * Returns from outside Australia must be sent no slower than registered air mail and must be endorsed 'return of purchase'
      * Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.  Shipping & handling charges are not refunded
